As our new website has replaced our good old website, some important information is gone. Such as the care and maintenance of extension hair. We set them up here again and point out that our customers have a duty to read it thoroughly and follow them there at home to keep their hair healthy. 

Now that you have chosen to spend a lot of money on getting a nice application of Hair Extensions, it would also be a shame not to make them last as long as possible. Regardless of whether you have chosen Hot Fusion, Microringe or Hair Extensions with the Braiding Method, then it is incredibly important that you care for your extensions properly for maximum durability. You can therefore find some advice on care and maintenance under the respective Extensions types. The braiding method
Before applying, you should wash your hair. Do not use conditioner or any other form of care product.

Care of your Extensions
It is important that you wash your hair with sulfate-free shampoo and then use, cure, conditioner argan oil as a description here.
Before washing your hair, comb it thoroughly each time. Wash your hair gently at least twice a week and preferably more often - always use conditinor in your extension hair. Approx. Once a week, give your Hair Extensions a good hair treatment followed by conditioner, which encapsulates the treatment in the hair. Always use a wide comb or a pig hair brush to comb the hair gently with. Heat is hard on the hair, so let it air dry. We recommend that you let your hair hang loose after washing it. If you want to blow dry your Extensions, it must be done with low heat. Always use heat protection products such as Joico Oil or similar if you use any kind of heat in your Extensions hair. AVOID: To wash the hair with the head down. To filter around your hair when you wash it. To use too hot water when rinsing your hair. Exit e.g. using lukewarm water as it closes the hair and the dandruff layers lie down. Pay attention: To comb the hair carefully through - especially at the weave edges. The hair is much more vulnerable in the wet state than when it is dry. That is why you need to comb your hair very gently after each hair wash. That dirty hair filters much easier than clean hair. Can I Color My Hair Extensions? All hair dyes dry out the hair, and since Extensions are basically chemically treated in advance, further treatment will degrade the quality of the hair. The life of the hair will also be significantly impaired. If you still choose to dye your Hair Extensions or use the wrong products, we do NOT provide a guarantee on the hair. Therefore, no money is returned for the hair or the application, unless there is a defect in the hair. This will be assessed by
